Family Trip to the Quad Cities

Friday, the entire family skipped work (or school) and headed off to the Quad Cities. We went to the John Deere Pavillion as well as Niabi Zoo.

We spent the afternoon at Niabi Zoo! What a great (but very hot) day!!

We spent the morning at the John Deere Pavillion in Moline. Addie loved the John Deere tractors (just as much as Daddy!) Her favorite was the cotton picker - I think because it is fun to say!!

Fun, Fun, Fun

We enjoyed Saturday evening at Pumpy and Grandma Janet's in celebration of the Fourth and Uncle Matt's birthday. Grandma bought a jumper/bouncer/slide which of course the kids loved. Here is Addie, Levi and Livie.

Camping at the Property - aka Walnut Grove :)

Friday evening was so beautiful we decided to go camping at the property. We roasted marshmallows and Kurt and Addie even camped out in the tent all night. There were a lot of clouds but we still saw Venus. Mommy went home to bed - thank goodness we only live a few minutes from the property.

Addie called me Saturday morning telling me she and Daddy were on their way home. She then told be that "Mommy, I peed in the woods!" She was so proud of herself. We then of course had to have the discussion about not peeing in the grass or outside anywhere other than at the property.

Baby Update

Baby Webster #2 is doing great! We're just past the half-way point at 21 weeks. We recently purchased furniture for Addie's new room in order to get the nursery set-up again. We are all very excited! We also found out we're having a BOY!! Our little man is approx 11 inches and 14 oz. He's measuring ahead due to the leg length - we may have a runner!!

Now we have about 18 weeks to agree on a name which has been a challenge so far. We'll have to post more discussion.

Pregnancy Update - 21 weeks

Here's momma with baby #2 at 21 weeks. A few weeks ago Addie's lovely viral infection was given to Mommy and she ended up with fever, headaches, earaches, swollen glands, neck and eyes even pink eye - a wonderful time! Mommy lost 6 lbs in one week and was off work for a little while. All are feeling well now - thank goodness!
