Another edition to "kids are amazing!"

Ok, so yesterday while cleaning the "old" house Addie proceeds to tell me, "Mommy put your hand on you heart". Of course I did. Then she continues to recite the Pledge of Allegiance. I am still shocked that she knew it word for word. Amazing. She is so smart (not that we're biased or anything)!

Kids are amazing!

Today while dropping off Addie at school we noticed all the signs up for announcing that it was Ms. Christine's birthday (Addie's teacher). So Addie and I were talking and she told me she was going to sing Ms. Christine "Happy Birthday". She went on to say, "Mommy my birthday is in August".

Isn't that the most amazing thing! See is only 2-1/2 and knows when her birthday is. She is so smart and never stops to amaze me.

We've Moved!!

Well the Webster family are now proud residents of Elmwood, IL. We just moved to this newly refurbished victorian just a few blocks from downtown Elmwood. We are now enjoying the life again of a small town and look forward to many memories there. The new home is just a few minutes from our land we purchase last summer. I'll work on getting more pictures up of the house.

The Peoria house is pending (whohoo!) and we should close in about a month. It was hard leaving the house we put so much time and effort into updating - just ask Kurt how he feels about it - but it was time to move and get a larger home to grow into. The new garage I think helps relieve some of Kurt's sadness as well as being able to ride the tractor from the property to our new house!
